Aesthetic Medicine

If aesthetic appearance and well-being are important to you.

Aesthetic Medicine

Do you make use of a cosmetologist, manicurist, or hairdresser? Would you prefer to send your significant other to a barber? Are you open to the idea of visiting a spa, attending yoga sessions, or engaging in other activities beneficial for both body and soul? If aesthetic appearance and well-being matter to you, it’s possible that you’ve considered procedures performed by a plastic surgeon.

Often, we observe how our patients, after getting rid of their glasses and gaining better vision, begin to pay more attention to other imperfections. They ask us what can be done about them.

Therefore, we have decided to meet their expectations by providing the opportunity to undergo a procedure in a trusted and well-known location, with a reputable doctor.

Wrinkle Correction

What does the procedure involve?

In the realm of aesthetic medicine, we focus on procedures using appropriate toxins. This is a medicinal product that blocks impulses between nerves and muscles. The toxins used are natural and are employed for reasons such as excessive sweating, muscle tension, and the elimination of mimic wrinkles.

The procedure for removing wrinkles such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet is performed without anesthesia because it is minimally invasive, and any discomfort lasts only a few seconds. The discomfort associated with toxin injection is often likened to a mosquito bite. The effect of the procedure is visible after approximately 7 days and typically lasts from 4 to 6 months.

Just like any other medication, it can potentially cause side effects, although the chances of this are small. It’s very important to truthfully answer all questions and disclose all diseases, allergies, previous procedures, and surgeries during the consultation with the doctor.

Fillers

They can assist individuals who wish to eliminate deeper wrinkles, increase volume, or even out the shape of the lips, or correct the facial contour. Procedures are performed using high-quality hyaluronic acid preparations, available only to doctors (not sold to beauty salons). This is due to the manufacturer’s concern for the correct effect of the procedure, so they only provide their product to certified specialists. Our doctors ensure that the lifting effect naturally enhances beauty and adds charm.

Oculoplasty

What does the procedure involve?

We offer our patients a range of procedures for the eye area. The most common problems that patients report are drooping eyelids (due to aging or as a result of a neurological condition) and skin changes (including xanthelasma and chalazion).

All procedures are performed on an outpatient basis, meaning there is no need for the patient to stay in the clinic. Local anesthesia is used, which is completely sufficient to ensure that the patient does not feel any pain and remains in constant contact with the operating doctor.

During the initial consultation, the doctor conducts a detailed interview, documents the patient’s current condition, and discusses the expected outcomes. Additionally, after qualification, the patient is required to undergo laboratory tests, which must be provided no later than on the day of the procedure.

What does the procedure involve?

Plastic surgeries involve both the upper and lower eyelids, depending on the nature of the irregularity. The indication for blepharoplasty (removal of excess skin from the eyelids) is sagging skin, which, besides its unaesthetic appearance, causes a restriction of the field of vision, thereby hindering daily functioning. In situations where improperly growing eyelashes due to droopy eyelids irritate the eyes, causing sharp pain, a lifting procedure is performed. Conversely, when the eyelids excessively protrude from the eyeballs, causing irritation, dryness, and an unaesthetic appearance, the doctor orders an unwinding procedure.

During minor surgical procedures, we remove, among other things, chalazions (which are remnants of Meibomian gland inflammation), xanthelasma (formed due to high levels of cholesterol and/or triglycerides), and papillomas. The removed skin lesions are sent for histopathological examination.
