\nI had a visual impairment of -2.5 dioptres in one eye and -3 in the other. A seemingly minor defect, but wearing glasses or lenses during any kind of physical activity is problematic. Sweat drips from your forehead, glasses fall off, lenses twist, you know what I mean.<\/strong> I decided that I had to do something about it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
A good friend recommended the BLIKPOL clinic to me. I signed up for an initial screening appointment and found I was eligible to have the procedure done. On 7 May 2018. I underwent the iLASIK laser vision correction procedure. The procedure itself took about 20 minutes, the preparation and filing of documents about 1h. The procedure itself is not one of the most pleasant, nevertheless it went quickly and without complications. For the first two days after the procedure, I was able to see as if \"behind a fog\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The blurred vision in me lasted for almost a week, but this is a very individual thing. The most beautiful was the morning, a few days after the treatment, when I got up in the morning, looked out of the window and could see every, single, green leaf on the tree with my own eyes. It crossed my mind that I had forgotten to remove my lenses for the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nFor people who have never experienced a visual impairment, this may be incomprehensible, but if you know what I mean, I recommend giving it a try.
